RESERVES OUTCLASSED BY COVENTRY
Two late goals from Kevin Lisbie and Martin Pringle made the scoreline look respectable but Charlton's second string were outplayed at Coventry last night. In a first half dominated by the Sky Blues, Charlton did not even have a shot on target.
Midway thought the second half Coventry were already three goals ahead while City keeper Steve Ogrizovic had barely been troubled.
Kevin Lisbie headed home a John Salako cross late in the game before Marin Pringle finished from close range to make the final scoreline 3-2.
Charlton: Ilic, Allman, Cobian (Hockley 46), Barness, Fortune, Brown, Pringle, Izzet, McCammon (MacDonald 46), Lisbie, Salako.
